REFUND POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you.
Within 15 days of delivery Returns and Exchanges are accepted. The return shipping charges is bear by the buyer and he/she need to send us the tracking number of the shipment as well the receipt of the company used to dispatch the item.
After the product is dispatched, Svaramora will accept the returns and exchanges only in case of the product delivered is damaged in transit or nit as described on our website.
If there are any ring size problems, then there are provisions for that also. But we will recommend that you buy the exact size of ring as we are very true to the size of the ring during the making of it. If you need any help in knowing your ring size, you can email us at office@svaramora.com

After receiving the return package, Team Svaramora will inspect it within 1-2- business days and issue a full refund with 2-3 business days or in case of exchange, we will dispatch the replacement package or Email and E-gift card of same value to shop from our webstore.
