This is the shipping agreement that governs delivery of the products purchased through our website and the provision of the services and products we sell here. We would like to tell you

• We want to get things to you as quickly as humanly possible.
• Jewelry will be shipped in a plastic box with very secured packaging to prevent it from any type of damage.
• Shipping charges are what they are, we do not make any profit on it.

Delivery Time

1. We aim to dispatch all orders in 2-4 business days.
2. We use UPS, USPS, Fedex, DHL Ecommerce, Yodel as our primary shipping service. All of our products are shipped from our workshop in Jaipur, India.

• For USA : We use UPS and USPS - around 8 to 15 business days to deliver from the day of shipping.
• For Germany : We use DPDE - around 15 to 18 business days to deliver from the day of shipping.
• For United Kingdom: We use Yodel - around 14 to 18 business days to deliver from the day of shipping.
• For India: We use Fedex, DHL,
• For all the OTHER countries: We use DHL ecommerce which takes around 3 weeks to deliver from the day of shipping.
• For Express Shipping: We use Fedex and UPS Express - around 3-5 days to deliver anywhere.

Customs and Import Duty Charges for International Shipments

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Though we will clear everything from our side so that you do no need to pay the custom duty. But if in case some charges may apply the responsibility is of the buyer.
